1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Deallio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Display names must be unique (case-insensitive) and may contain letters and underscores. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account via our support page.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (deals, comments). By posting, you grant Deallio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or expired deals intentionally
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Post illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate votes or the Kudos system
• Use automated means to interact with the Platform without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Post links that lead to malware, phishing, scams, fraudulent storefronts, or any site that distributes harmful or deceptive content
• Disguise a destination using URL shorteners or redirect services, or otherwise attempt to evade our link-screening measures

6. Prohibited Content and Products

Deallio is a community deal-sharing platform for lawful consumer goods and services. You may not post, link to, or promote any of the following, and we may remove such content and suspend the responsible account without notice:

• Firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, or related parts and accessories
• Content that depicts, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Pornography, sexually explicit material, escort or adult-services advertising, or any sexual content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors — we have zero tolerance and will report such content to the appropriate authorities
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia
• Counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully sold goods
• Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, or gambling where prohibited by law
• Hate speech or content that harasses or discriminates against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Malware, phishing kits, account credentials, or other harmful or fraudulent material

7. Link Safety, Screening, and Removal

To protect our community, links you submit are screened against known malicious, fraudulent, and prohibited-content sources using internal blocklists and third-party safety services, and submissions that fail these checks may be rejected. We may also block, rewrite, or disable any link after it is posted. These automated checks are a safeguard, not a guarantee: we do not warrant that every link is safe, and you follow outbound links at your own risk. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to remove any content or link, and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. If you encounter harmful or prohibited content, please report it via our support page.

8. Kudos

Kudos are a non-transferable, non-cash reward credit distributed at the sole discretion of Deallio. Kudos have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The amount of Kudos distributed, the timing of distributions, and eligibility criteria may change at any time without notice. Deallio makes no guarantee of any specific Kudos payout amount or schedule. Kudos may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via the support page.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Deallio does not warrant that deals posted by users are accurate, available, or represent the best price available. Use deal information at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deallio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
